Beth Toot-Levy and Mackenzie Cremeans, PhD, PG, will present at the Missouri Water Seminar on Thursday, July 30, 2026, in Columbia, Missouri.

Beth will present "The Sewer Authority Has Said You Need to Treat Your Wastewater Before You Can Discharge It to the Sewer. Isn't That Their Job?" at 8:55 a.m. CT. Mackenzie will present "From Aquifer to Operations: Managing Water Demand for Data Center Development" at 2:25 p.m. CT.

Beth is a Senior Scientist based in Ohio with more than 25 years of experience in environmental and regulatory compliance related to water quality. She focuses on evaluating new and existing permit requirements, rules, regulations, and legislation for scientific legitimacy, achievability, and appropriateness.

Mackenzie is a Senior Hydrogeologist based in Kansas who focuses on site characterization and remediation, data management, and environmental forensics for metals, chlorinated solvents, petroleum hydrocarbons, polychlorinated biphenyls, and per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
