Governor Ayotte Welcomes GE Aerospace’s Continued Investment in New Hampshire

CONCORD, NH - Today, Governor Kelly Ayotte released the following statement after GE Aerospace announced a $12 million investment in its Hooksett facility:

"New Hampshire is proud to be a hub for advanced manufacturing in the aerospace industry and beyond, and to have companies like GE Aerospace creating good-paying jobs for Granite Staters. I thank GE Aerospace for continuing to invest in our state."

GE Aerospace employs more than 700 Granite Staters. The company's Hooksett location produces engine components used in narrowbody and widebody aircraft, along with military fighter jets, helicopters, and ships. Planned investments include adding and upgrading machines, adding inspection equipment, and additional building improvements.
