Keep Tyler Beautiful Announces Beauty and Business award winners

Keep Tyler Beautiful is pleased to announce the winners of its Beauty and Business Awards for the first, second, and third quarters of 2025. This program recognizes local businesses that demonstrate outstanding dedication to maintaining clean, attractive and well-kept properties that enhance the beauty of the Tyler community.

The 2025 quarterly winners announced to date are:

• First Quarter Winner: Taqueria El Lugar - 5th Street - Taqueria El Lugar on 5th Street was selected for its consistently neat appearance, vibrant and welcoming atmosphere and the beautiful artwork and murals that enhance the property and contribute to a lively neighborhood environment.
  
  

• Second Quarter Winner: First Watch - First Watch stood out for its clean, welcoming exterior and its commitment to maintaining a visually appealing and inviting property for guests.
  
  

• Third Quarter Winner: Southern Classic Chicken - Southern Classic Chicken has earned recognition for its well-maintained grounds, attractive design elements, and ongoing efforts to support a clean and positive business corridor.
  
  

The fourth-quarter winner will be announced in early 2026, following a final review and selection by the Keep Tyler Beautiful Board.

The Beauty and Business Award is presented quarterly and recognizes businesses for visual appeal, landscaping, cleanliness and positive community impact.
