Temporary shutdown of Marquette faculty and staff international travel registration system

Marquette University faculty and staff planning international travel under the auspices of Marquette University are advised that the Marquette faculty and staff travel registration system will be temporarily shut down for one week for required system maintenance and updates beginning March 23.

During this period, users will not be able to submit new travel registrations. All travelers are strongly encouraged to plan ahead and complete their international travel registration at least one month prior to departure to ensure timely review and approval.

Reminder: who must register

All Marquette faculty and staff traveling abroad for research, teaching, conferences, service, recruiting, site visits or any other university-sponsored purpose are required to complete the faculty and staff travel registration process. This system must not be used for personal travel.

Plan ahead

With the upcoming system shutdown, faculty and staff should submit their travel registrations as early as possible, especially for trips scheduled in April or early May.

For detailed instructions on using the registration system or for additional guidance, please consult the travel registration homepage.
