LEADER JEFFRIES STATEMENT ON OHIO FBI HARASSMENT

House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries released the following statement:

Voter registration is not voter fraud, and Donald Trump knows it. Americans should never have to fear intimidation for helping their neighbors participate in our democracy.

This grotesque abuse by the Trump administration is just the latest MAGA power grab and attempt to rig the midterms before the American people reject Republicans and their unpopular agenda. House Democrats will continue to forcefully push back and ensure that Donald Trump, Todd Blanche and Kash Patel cannot interfere with the constitutional right to cast your vote in a free and fair election.

Ohioans and Americans in every corner of the country will be heard at the ballot box this November so we can end these abuses of power once and for all.
