Syneos Health advanced measurable progress in clinical development, colleague engagement, responsible innovation and environmental performance, including:

• Advancing Health: Conducted or supported more than 2,000 clinical studies and helped advance more than 500 unique compounds; engaged more than 38,000 clinical trial sites in development efforts; and leveraged machine learning-driven site selection to reduce manual trial planning tasks by 70%, helping accelerate site activation and patient enrollment.
• Caring for People: Achieved 72% participation in the Company's Employee Engagement Survey; supported more than 4,100 colleagues through employee resource groups (ERGs); and assisted more than 3,500 employees through business continuity and critical incident support programs.
• Operating Responsibly: Incorporated AI and data ethics into annual privacy training; expanded cybersecurity awareness training focused on phishing, social engineering and emerging threats; and achieved 100% completion among recipients for annual Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and Anti-Bribery Policy training.
• Protecting the Planet: Received approval of greenhouse gas decarbonization targets from the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi); piloted the industry's Low Carbon Clinical Trials (LCCT) carbon calculator to measure key clinical trial emissions drivers; and reduced Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions by 12% year over year.
