NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING CWI Properties, LLC and Mooney's Sunset Bar & Grill, LLC

The Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA) is in receipt of an application to transfer the existing permit for Mooney's Sunset Bar and Grill, LLC into the name of CWI Properties, LLC and Mooney's Sunset Bar and Grill, LLC. The project is in Mayes County, Oklahoma. The applicant has no plans to modify the existing courtesy dock with a total of 6 slips that are located on the property. The applicant also requests a waiver of the 1/3 of the cove rule for the existing dock.
A public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 10AM at GRDA's Ecosystems & Education Center, located at 420 E Hwy 28, Langley OK 74350.
