Grassley Statement on President Trump's Executive Order to Unleash American Energy

WASHINGTON - Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) released the following statement regarding President Trump's executive order restoring American energy dominance:

"President Trump said today he wants to lead a 'revolution of common sense,' and embracing an all-of-the-above energy approach is a way to do just that. Enhancing domestic energy production by expanding permits and cutting back on heavy-handed Biden-era regulations will bring relief to Americans fueling up at the gas pump and balancing their budgets at the kitchen table.

"I'm looking forward to working with President Trump and my congressional colleagues to forge a fiscally-sound path forward that bolsters both traditional and alternative energy sources and provides affordable, commonsense energy solutions for Americans."
