Forsyth County Fire Department Launches Official Instagram

The Forsyth County Fire Department now has an Instagram account to reach residents with public education, recruitment, department news, information about special operations teams and more.

"Having this tool of communication provides us another opportunity to meet people where they are," said Fire Chief Barry Head. "We hope to connect with people and share information that highlights all our department does."

The Instagram account, @forsythcountyfd, is maintained by the Forsyth County Fire Department and Forsyth County Department of Communications. Please note that the public is asked to dial 911 in emergency situations and not report emergencies or ask for assistance on Instagram.
