Congressman Shreve Invites Indiana National Guard Officer to State of the Union Address

WASHINGTON, DC - U.S. Congressman Jefferson Shreve (IN-06) announced today that First Lieutenant Kathryn Quarcelino of the Indiana National Guard has accepted his invitation to attend President Trump's State of the Union address.

First Lieutenant Quarcelino serves as a platoon leader with the 1313th Engineer Company in Franklin, Indiana. She is currently serving as a platoon leader in Washington, D.C., supporting the Keep D.C. Safe and Beautiful mission.
