WASHINGTON, DC - U.S. Congressman Jefferson Shreve (IN-06) announced today that First Lieutenant Kathryn Quarcelino of the Indiana National Guard has accepted his invitation to attend President Trump's State of the Union address. First Lieutenant Quarcelino serves as a platoon leader with the 1313th Engineer Company in Franklin, Indiana. She is currently serving as a platoon leader in Washington, D.C., supporting the Keep D.C. Safe and Beautiful mission. Congressman Shreve said, "I'm honored to welcome First Lieutenant Quarcelino as my guest for the President's State of the Union," Rep. Shreve said.
