Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2071(b), the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island invites public comment on the proposed amendment to its local rules. Copies of the proposed amendment to Local Rule 9010-1 are available here.
Comments on the proposed local rule change should be received by May 28, 2025. Comments can be made by email to [email protected] or in writing addressed to:
