Large-volume delivery spotlight at PODD 2026

Visit SHL Medical at Booth #112-113 to explore our autoinjectors and manufacturing solutions at PODD in Boston.

SHL Medical will return to Partnership Opportunities in Drug Delivery (PODD®) this year on October 29-30 in Boston, USA.

Growing attention on large-volume delivery is driving new developments in autoinjectors, where formulation characteristics, device design, manufacturing requirements, patient experience, and sustainability increasingly need to be considered together. At this year's PODD, SHL Medical experts will join partners and industry peers to explore these topics from multiple perspectives.

Across a series of scientific sessions, we will share insights spanning applied research, modeling and experimental data, usability, liquid-liquid drug delivery, and the evolving shift from IV to SC administration, looking beyond the device itself at what it takes to make new possibilities in subcutaneous delivery practical.

Beyond device innovation, we will highlight some of the capabilities that support drug delivery at scale. Our growing US presence, including the facilities in North Charleston and Deerfield Beach, brings development and manufacturing closer to our pharma partners in the region, while our broader approach to sustainability across product development reflects how we are strengthening the infrastructure behind our devices. Earlier this year, we earned an Ecovadis Gold rating, recognizing the progress we continue to make across our sustainability practices and operations.

These themes will be reflected at our booth as well, including perspectives on automation and tooling from SHL Advantec, our advanced manufacturing equipment sub-group.

At Booth #112-113, attendees can also get a first look at the latest evolution of our cartridge-based autoinjector for large-volume self-injection, alongside Quanta, Molly, and Reunite.

Register today and join us at PODD to explore the technologies, research, and capabilities supporting the evolving needs of subcutaneous drug delivery.
