EDGAR 26.3 Release XBRL Taxonomies Update

Sept. 15, 2026 - The Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval (EDGAR) system was upgraded to Release 26.3 on Sept. 14, 2026, and now supports the 2026q3 Fund (FND) taxonomy. This version of the FND taxonomy incorporates several new elements to facilitate distinction between portfolios within unit investment trusts registered on Forms N-8B-2 and S-6.

As part of the EDGAR system upgrade to Release 26.3, the 2024 versions (including quarterly releases) of the following taxonomies will no longer be accepted in the EDGAR system:

• U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• SEC Reporting Taxonomy (SRT)
• Closed-End Fund (CEF)
• Countries (COUNTRY)
• Currencies (CURRENCY)
• Cybersecurity Disclosure (CYD)
• Document and Entity Information (DEI)
• Executive Compensation Disclosure (ECD)
• Exchange (EXCH)
• Filing Fee Disclosure (FFD)
• Fund (FND)
• North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)
• Open-End Fund (OEF)
• Resource Extraction Payments (RXP)
• Security-Based Swap (SBS)
• Self-Regulatory Organizations (SRO)
• Standard Industrial Classification (SIC)
• Sub-National Jurisdiction (SNJ)
• State and Province (STPR)
• Variable Insurance Product (VIP)

The 2025 version of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) taxonomy remains the current version for the 2026 reporting period according to the guidance issued by the IFRS Foundation.
