Kyle Frye, 5 Years of Service

With 18 years of experience in the Parks and Recreation field, Kyle is a Certified Parks and Recreation Professional dedicated to creating memorable experiences for the community. A big Texas Longhorns fan - Hook 'Em - he is also the 2020 and 2021 Fantasy Football League Champion and the 2025 NCAA Men's Bracket Challenge Trophy winner. Working in Baytown has encouraged him to step outside of his comfort zone, try new ideas, and enhance existing programs and events. What keeps him going is seeing people smile and enjoy themselves at what Baytown Parks and Recreation has to offer.
