Paid Leave for All Workers Act Webinar
The Illinois Department of Labor (IDOL) is hosting a webinar about the Paid Leave for All Workers Act (PLAWA). The webinar will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. CT. Beginning January 1, 2024, employers are required to post a physical notice on the premises where other notices are posted that summarizes the Act and includes information about filing a complaint. An electronic copy of this IDOL notice is available via this link.
