CABEI, KfW, and the European Union promote the digital transformation of MSMEs in El Salvador

El Salvador, September 12, 2025 - With the aim of promoting the development of digital technologies that strengthen the country's business ecosystem, the DINAMICA II Initiative of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), the German Government, through KfW, and the European Union supported the INNOVATEC Business Congress entitled: "Business Strategy in the Age of AI: A Meeting of Latin American Minds," organized by the University of Oriente (UNIVO).

The event brought together more than 200 attendees and established itself as a space for learning and connection between business leaders, academics, and experts in digital technology applied to business management, allowing for the exchange of knowledge on the development of digital tools that increase the productivity and competitiveness of companies.

During the conference, participants had access to keynote speeches and panel discussions that addressed topics related to Digital Transformation, artificial intelligence, and the current situation of micro and small enterprises in Latin America. Similarly, three entrepreneurs and four businesspeople were recognized for the impact of their initiatives, which stood out for their resilience, sustained growth, job creation, and female leadership, as examples of the country's transformative potential.

This Congress highlights the importance of creating spaces that motivate entrepreneurs to innovate and incorporate key technological resources to address contemporary challenges. With this support, the DINÁMICA Initiative responds to its objective of promoting economic development and job creation in Central America. In turn, it strengthens the business ecosystem of young, innovative, and emerging MSMEs, while also promoting adequate access to financial services.
