Warming Center at Sabana Grande Recreation Center
A warming center at Sabana Grande Recreation Center (4110 Sabana Grande Ave SE) is being set up for those affected by the power outages. The warming center will be open from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. Other City of Rio Rancho facilities open are Broadmoor Senior Center, Meadowlark Senior Center, Loma Colorado Public Library, Esther Bone Public Library, and The HUB @ Enchanted Hills.
