Sláinte! Wineworks For Everyone and Dublin 4 celebrate 20 years of Irish-inspired hospitality

Walk into Wineworks For Everyone and its sibling eatery, Dublin 4, and you're bound to hear "Sláinte," the popular Irish toast shared among friends that translates simply to "health."

That's fitting, because there's plenty to celebrate at these Irish twins, each with a personality all its own.

While the two restaurants share a kitchen and executive chef, they have separate entrances, distinct menus and uniquely beautiful surroundings. At Wineworks, guests can savor dishes such as pan-roasted salmon, Kurobuta pork chop and braised short rib. Across the way at the gastropub Dublin 4, the menu features hearty favorites including fish and chips and ale-braised bangers and mash. Whichever side you choose, you're in for a culinary treat.

For the past two decades, owners Darren and Jean Coyle, along with other members of their family, have been a familiar presence at both venues. They can often be found greeting longtime regulars, welcoming newcomers and helping guide the flow of each evening.
