FTI Consulting Appoints Edward Knight as Managing Director within M&A and Activism Practice in London

London, 9 June 2025 - FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Edward Knight as a Managing Director in the M&A and Activism practice within the Strategic Communications segment.

Mr. Knight, who is based in London, brings extensive experience advising leadership teams through mergers, acquisitions and activist situations. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Knight spent more than 25 years in the investment banking sector at leading institutions including Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, Peel Hunt and Investec, where he was at the forefront of advising boards on high profile M&A transactions, fundraising initiatives and activist events.

His arrival is the latest in a series of recent senior hires within the M&A and Activism practice across United States, Europe and Asia that include Geraldine Amiel in Paris and Rob Bradley in Boston.
