Credit unions from across the country came together once again in 2025 to support the Credit Union Cherry Blossom 10 Mile & 5K, raising an impressive $460,000 for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. The annual race weekend in Washington, D.C. continues to showcase the cooperative spirit of the credit union movement while making a lasting difference for children and families in need.

This year's event drew more than 18,000 runners, including nearly 9,000 credit union members who participated in the 10-mile race. Donations from runners and sponsors benefited CMN Hospitals in 45 states and the District of Columbia, ensuring that communities nationwide felt the impact.

Adding to the excitement, more than 900 House and Senate staffers took part in the popular Capitol Hill Competition, a spirited race-within-a-race for the coveted Congressional Cup.

With sponsor registration now open for the 2026 Credit Union Cherry Blossom, credit unions have another opportunity to come together for a great cause. Sponsorships start at just $500, and every contribution helps support local CMN Hospitals.
