Marquette Management continues to expand its third-party management portfolio and this spring was awarded the contract for The Pavilion, a 1,115-unit rental community located at 5441 N. East River Road near O'Hare International Airport.
The new owners, who purchased The Pavilion earlier in the year as the highest-priced Chicago-area multifamily transaction to date in 2026, selected Marquette for its comprehensive management package anchored by a strong operating platform, a people-centered approach to serving residents, and exceptional training and support for on-site teams.
The Pavilion, now the largest rental property in Marquette's portfolio, offers modern studio to four-bedroom apartments across two towers. Select apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows, plank-style flooring, high ceilings, walk-in closets, private outdoor spaces and live-work spaces. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a volleyball court with adjacent seating areas, fitness center, yoga studio, racquetball court, resident lounge, sauna, business center, garage parking and on-site retail.
According to Jim Cunningham, president of Marquette Management, the firm understands the current dynamics of the rental housing market in Chicago and its suburbs and expects continued strong demand in the area.
