Pinnacle named a 2026 Best Workplace for WomenTM by Fortune

October 28, 2026

ATLANTA, Oct. 28, 2026 - Pinnacle Financial Partners has landed on the Fortune Best Workplaces for Women™ for the seventh year in a row, coming in at No. 58. Earning a spot means that Pinnacle is one of the best companies to work for in the country.

To be considered for the list, a company must be Great Place to Work CertifiedTM , employ at least 50 women, have at least 20% of non-executive leaders who are women, and have at least one female C-suite executive. Women make up nearly half of Pinnacle's executive leadership team (6 of 13).

"Women lead at every level at Pinnacle, from the client relationships our bankers build to the decisions made around the executive leadership table," said Summer Yeiser, chief people officer. " We want Pinnacle to be the best place to work for every team member in every role. When people look forward to coming to work and know they're full members of a team, they do extraordinary things together, and our clients and shareholders feel the difference."

On Jan. 1, Pinnacle merged with Synovus Financial Corp., more than doubling in asset size and headcount. Team members of the combined firm participated together in Great Place to Work's Trust Index SurveyTM this year, with 5,147 respondents willingly sharing feedback about their experience of the work environment and culture. In addition to providing valuable, actionable insights for leaders, responses earned Pinnacle Great Place to Work Certification for the 12th year in a row.

The organization's Trust Index™ Survey evaluates workplace culture, trust in leadership, respect among colleagues and fairness in decision-making.

Pinnacle focuses on these principles and the firm's own values to create an environment where team members feel empowered, motivated and invested in the firm's success. Every team member owns part of the firm through restricted stock grants, and every non-commissioned team member participates in the same cash incentive plan based on firmwide performance rather than individual quotas. Pinnacle's scores on the annual Great Place to Work survey reflect the benefit of this focus and investment:

  • 93% say Pinnacle is a great place to work (benchmark is 88%).
  • 95% say our clients would rate the service we deliver as "excellent" (benchmark is 89%).
  • 94% say they are proud to tell others they work for Pinnacle (benchmark is 91%).
  • 92% say they would strongly endorse the firm to friends and family as a great place to work (benchmark is 87%).

The firm's commitment to its team members drives exceptional client service, where people are empowered and passionate about exceeding clients' expectations. This model fosters long-term relationships with clients, built on trust and comprehensive service, contributing to Pinnacle's continued growth and success in the Southeast.
