Notice of Final Finding and Decision
Partial Section Line Easement Vacation
EV 3-338
The Department of Mining, Land and Water has issued a Final Finding & Decision (FF&D) giving approval to a petition to vacate portions of the two 50-foot wide section line easements (SLEs) along the section line common to sections 25 and 36 and lying within Tract B1 of Quartz Creek Subdivision Outfitters Way Replat, recorded as Plat 2024-14, Seward Recording District. This action lies in the SE¼ of Section 25 and the NE¼ of Section 36, within T. 5 N., R. 3 W., S.M., Alaska as depicted on Attachment A. Please see the Final Finding & Decision for full details.
The proposed partial section line easement vacation has been reviewed by the Kenai Peninsula Borough and has been approved. Please see the Final Finding & Decision for full details.
EV 3-338 Preliminary Decision was publicly noticed from January 17, 2025 to February 18, 2025.
