Trimble Expands Connected Solution Integrations to Address Transportation Industry Challenges

Trimble Launches Intelligent Transportation Solutions and Integrations to Tackle Driver Turnover, Procurement and Digital Transformation

NEW ORLEANS, November 17, 2025 - Trimble has expanded its connected solution integrations to address some of the transportation industry's biggest challenges. Announced at the 2025 Trimble Insight Tech Conference in New Orleans, the new integrations aim to reduce high driver turnover, procurement inefficiency and improve digital transformation efforts.

"The transportation industry is facing a period of remarkable change and siloed solutions are no longer enough," said Michael Kornhauser, sector vice president, transportation and logistics at Trimble. "Our connected network of transportation solutions brings in best-in-class partners and AI-driven automation, giving our customers the visibility, control and efficiency they need to thrive."

Accelerating Communication to Boost Driver Retention

To address the critical problem of driver turnover, where drivers cite communication gaps with dispatch as a primary reason for leaving fleets, Trimble has launched the all-new Trimble Fleet Hub. This solution reimagines mobile communications by speeding up the connection and communication between the back office and driver.

Fleet Hub empowers dispatchers to manage communications from any location, delivering faster messaging via its browser-based interface for enhanced device flexibility. This can significantly boost productivity and operational efficiency, with results such as messages being sent to drivers nearly 3 minutes faster. Fleet Hub provides cloud-based visibility and messaging capabilities that seamlessly integrate back office and in-cab technology, connecting Trimble's line of TMS with most major telematics providers. It also connects directly with Trimble Smart Workflow, closing communication gaps and ensuring drivers have a stable link to their TMS.

By providing a supported and modern communication experience, Fleet Hub aims to make drivers feel more connected and valued - ultimately improving job satisfaction and retention rates.

Connecting Freight and Capacity Procurement

Trimble introduces a connected approach to procurement through Trimble Freight Marketplace, enabling shippers and brokers with AI-powered carrier vetting while providing carriers with direct access to freight from shippers like Procter & Gamble, which has already fulfilled shipments on the solution.

Digitally Transforming Fuel Delivery

To solve the costly "no load" problem - where drivers are dispatched only to find allocation or credit issues at the fuel rack - Trimble has announced a new integration between Tandem Concepts and Trimble Fuel Dispatch TMS.

Through this integration, DTN-powered validation is front-run before dispatch, applying the same checks used at the rack ahead of the driver's arrival, ensuring fleets roll out with confidence.

Availability

Trimble Fleet Hub is available in Trimble TMW.Suite and the next-gen Trimble TMS, and is expected to be available in Trimble Innovative TMS and Trimble TruckMate TMS in H1 2026.

The integration between Tandem Concepts and Trimble Fuel Dispatch TMS is currently in beta.

The other new integrations are expected to be available in Q1 2026 for existing Trimble customers.
