Aledade Names Suyesh Karki Chief Information Security Officer

Aledade PBC, a physician-led, national leader in value-based care, today announced the appointment of Suyesh Karki as chief information security officer (CISO). Karki brings more than 20 years of security leadership to Aledade as the company accelerates its use of AI-driven technology internally and to support primary care organizations across 46 states and DC.

Karki will guide the security strategy for the company's growing investment in AI and data analytics, working to safeguard the health information of the more than 3 million patients in Aledade's network.

"Suyesh has built security and compliance programs that empower teams to move fast without taking unnecessary risk. Karki joins Aledade from BambooHR, where he served as CISO and vice president of information security. There, he led teams across security operations, engineering and architecture, and built security programs for companies adopting AI, including threat detection and response, security operations center strategy and protections for AI-assisted software development. Previously, as CISO at Domo, he led cloud security, risk, compliance and security operations and built the company's security controls catalog, data classification model and incident response procedures. He also launched an AI center of excellence and led Domo's HITRUST certification. Earlier in his career, he advised healthcare and enterprise clients on data protection at Ernst & Young, including hands-on work with hospital electronic health record systems.
