Roermond, 01 July 2026 - Sif Holding N.V., a leading provider of offshore wind foundation solutions, today provides an update on its contemplated bond issuance.

Further to its announcement of 23 June 2026, the Company has decided not to proceed with the contemplated bond issuance. This decision was taken following a review of prevailing market conditions and terms available. The Company continues to explore alternative funding options to strengthen its working capital. The Company will provide its next update at its H1 2026 results announcement on 31 July.
