Harold Washington College President’s Gallery Celebrates a Black Culture Renaissance

This Black History Month, the Harold Washington College Student Activities Department, the Student Government Association, and the HWC President's Gallery are celebrating a Black Culture Renaissance, featuring 19 works of art from nine student artists. Visual artists, photographers, and poets shared work that celebrates and highlights Black culture, Black history, and the Black experience.

Student artists and poets include Talia J. Veney, Alexandra Henderson, Joshua Espinoza, Montrell Wells, Brandon Kandé, Moses Graytower, Adomah Crisp, Ahmad Haynes, and Semira Eason.

The exhibition will run until February 26th and the gallery is open for viewing any time the building is open.
