NorthCoast Mezzanine Welcomes Shirak Torosian to the Team
NorthCoast is pleased to announce that Shirak Torosian joined the firm in June 2025 to advance the firm's technology infrastructure and operational excellence. Shirak is responsible for driving process automation initiatives, optimizing data systems and analytics capabilities, developing comprehensive portfolio reporting solutions, and supporting operations across the firm.

Prior to joining NorthCoast, he served as Business Analytics Manager at Minneapolis-based Farnam Street Financial Inc., where he led technology implementations, process automation, and developed comprehensive portfolio performance analytics and reporting systems.

Previously, Mr. Torosian held various analytical and leadership roles across agriculture, financial services, and technology sectors, where he specialized in financial data analysis, trading system implementations, and portfolio optimization. His experience includes project management and technology solutions across multiple geographic markets. Mr. Torosian holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from the University of International Economic Relations in Yerevan, Armenia and a Data Science Certification from American University of Armenia.
