Medical Injectables Program Update: November 2026
We are making the following changes to our Medical Injectables Program (MIP) as part of our commitment to helping ensure that the medications provided to our members are medically necessary and cost effective.
INJECTABLE MEDICATIONS SUBJECT TO MEDICAL NECESSITY AND APPROPRIATENESS REVIEW (MNAR)

For services rendered on and after November 26, 2026, Prime Therapeutics Management will conduct MNAR for the following injectable medications as part of the MIP.
