McCombie Presents House Resolution to Help Reduce Daycare Costs
Yesterday House Minority Leader Tony McCombie presented a House Resolution in committee.
With rising costs impacting everyday life, Leader McCombie is pushing for greater affordability for working families and that starts with childcare costs. McCombie filed HR923 to help ease the burden on home daycares in Illinois. The measure passed unanimously and will move to the House floor for further consideration.
McCombie's resolution urges the IDEC to issue a report with their findings on these items to the General Assembly by December 31, 2027.
