Consul & Head of Post of the Chinese Consulate in Laoag Ren Faqiang Visits La Union Province

From August 7 to 8, Consul & Head of Post Ren Faqiang of the Consulate of the People's Republic of China in Laoag paid a visit to La Union Province, where he met with Mario Eduardo Ortega, the newly elected Governor of the province.

Ren noted that local-level exchanges serve as a vital cornerstone of China-Philippines relations, adding that the Consulate is committed to advancing mutually beneficial cooperation between Chinese local governments and La Union Province across various fields.

Ortega noted that La Union Province attaches great importance to developing its relations with China and looks forward to strengthening collaboration with the Consulate to drive practical cooperation forward.
