BGL Welcomes Tyler Leung as Managing Director in Technology Investment Banking

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL), a leading independent investment bank and financial advisory firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Tyler Leung as Managing Director within its Technology investment banking vertical. Tyler brings extensive vertical software M&A and capital markets expertise and will establish and lead the firm's investment banking activities in Insurance Software and Construction Software.

Over the course of his career, Tyler has served as a strategic advisor to corporate and private equity clients on technology M&A and financing transactions. Prior to joining BGL, he spent more than a decade at Rothschild & Co, where he helped grow the U.S. Technology investment banking franchise and West Coast presence. He has significant experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, take-private transactions, cross-border transactions, capital raises, IPOs, and other strategic transactions.
