FHLB Des Moines Seeks Appointment for Wyoming Advisory Council Position

Beginning Oct. 27, FHLB Des Moines (the Bank) is seeking applications from individuals to fill one Affordable Housing Advisory Council (Advisory Council) position to represent the affordable housing and/or community lending needs of Wyoming.
Applications will be accepted through Friday, Dec. 12, 2025. The appointed member will serve a 3-year term beginning first quarter 2026.
Eligibility Requirements
• Applicants must represent community and nonprofit organizations actively involved in providing or promoting low- and moderate-income housing or community lending in the Bank's district; community organizations include for-profit organizations.
• Applicants must reside in Wyoming.
• Applicants are not eligible to serve on the Advisory Council if they are an employee or a member of the Board of Directors for an FHLB Des Moines member financial institution.
