House Republicans Continue Defending Women, Pass Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act
WASHINGTON - Speaker Johnson released the following statement after the House passed H.R. 30, Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act.
"American men, women, and children demand and deserve safety, especially after the Biden Administration opened our border and welcomed dangerous illegal aliens into our communities. House Republicans just passed the Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act to ensure illegal aliens convicted of heinous crimes, like child abuse, sexual assault, and domestic violence, are deported and kept out of our country.
"This commonsense solution should be an overwhelmingly bipartisan effort, but the American people must know only 28% of House Democrats voted to protect women from these predators."
