Tampa, Florida (August 24, 2026)-As the BRANDT business continues to grow globally, the company has promoted Sierra-Shae Brandt to Vice President, Culture & Leadership Development. In this new position, Brandt will be responsible for defining, nurturing and developing the company's unique culture across all affiliated companies. Additionally, Brandt will help with succession planning, talent management and employee transformation as part of her leadership development remit.
The daughter of BRANDT CEO & President Rick Brandt, Sierra-Shae Brandt will be the third generation in leadership of the family business. Sierra-Shae Brandt's new role will report to the BRANDT Executive Team.
"It's always been solely Sierra's decision whether she wants to be in the company. That said, I'm incredibly proud that she's not only a part of Team BRANDT, but she has agreed to take on this leadership position," explained Rick Brandt. "I think our culture is absolutely our key differentiator and I'm excited to work with her to instill and engrain it across all our global business while strengthening our bench of future leaders."
Sierra-Shae Brandt assumes the new role after literally growing up in the business. Her earliest memories include sitting in on business meetings, work dinners and company events. In 2023, Brandt was named to the BRANDT Executive Team and the BRANDT Board of Directors. For the past four years, she has been a key member of the BRANDT marketing team, focusing on sponsorships and the company's charitable giving through The BRANDT Foundation. On the sponsorship front, she will continue to provide leadership and direction for the company's NASCAR, Tampa Bay Lightning and Tampa Bay Sun FC sponsorships.
"I'm ready to take on the new challenges this role entails," said Sierra-Shae Brandt. "BRANDT has a wonderful culture that is a true competitive advantage for us globally. Brandt holds a Masters of Business Administration from The University of South Florida. Previously she graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
