Text AlertFC to 888777 for Info on Major Incidents Affecting Frederick County
FREDERICK, MD - The Frederick County Division of Emergency Management has expanded the AlertFC system to give people who live, work, and play in Frederick County an easy way to receive information on incidents with widespread impact.
"This new text opt-in is an exciting addition to our AlertFC emergency notification system. It's a great tool that offers a fast, simple way to get urgent information into the hands of Frederick Countians," said Anthony Rosano, Director of the Division of Emergency Management.
Alerts for Major Incidents
After texting AlertFC to 888777, text messages will be sent to cellular phones when major incidents occur.
