The acquisition of this property, known as Brooklyn Park, strengthens i3's presence in the Minneapolis industrial market, advances its strategy to prioritize properties that generate consistent annual cash flows and long-term value for investors, and represents another significant milestone in the company's ongoing growth.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
