Black Lake Capital is proud to support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS). Since Chad lost his father to acute myeloid leukemia in 2019, we have raised over $250K for this life-saving organization. LLS has funded 54 of the 64 blood cancer treatments approved by the FDA since 2017, 40% of all cancer drugs approved by the FDA since 2000 were initially approved for blood cancer.
This year, Chad's 16-year-old son Locke is participating in LLS's Student Visionary of the Year campaign. His team Lockedown Leukemia, is competing against others in Colorado to raise as much as they can to stop blood cancer in its tracks. You can support Locke's team at https://events.lls.org/rm/svoydenver24/lscripps.
