Norton Rose Fulbright public finance lawyer named to The Bond Buyer’s 2025 class of Rising Stars

Norton Rose Fulbright senior associate Leslie Bacon (Houston) has been selected by TheBond Buyeras a 2025 Rising Star.

Now in its 10^th year, the Rising Stars program spotlights municipal finance professionals under the age of 40 who approach their roles with innovation and creativity, possess exemplary leadership and collaboration skills and give back positively to their community.

Leslie acts as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriter's counsel for local governments and non-profit organizations, including municipal governments, counties, hospital districts, development authorities, universities, junior colleges, healthcare systems and water districts. Her experience includes traditional tax backed financings, tax increment financings, revenue financings and private placements.
