Norton Rose Fulbright advises Pro Global on its sale to Marco Capital

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Pro Global Holding Limited (Pro Global) on its sale to Marco Capital, marking a significant milestone for the specialist insurance services provider. Pro Global supports brokers, insurers, reinsurers, InsurTechs and MGAs to help drive growth and enhance operational performance across the insurance market. The transaction will support the next phase of the company's growth and development under Marco Capital's ownership.

Norton Rose Fulbright advised Pro Global on all aspects of the transaction, including the regulatory requirements and cross-border aspects.
