Marsh appoints Tom Geraghty as CEO, Marsh Europe

Marsh (NYSE: MRSH), a leading global professional services firm, today announced the appointment of Tom Geraghty as CEO, Marsh Europe, effective November 1, 2026. Mr. Geraghty will be based in Dublin and report to Flavio Piccolomini, CEO, Marsh International.

In this role, Mr. Geraghty will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of Marsh's Europe region, strengthening collaboration across its businesses to deliver seamless, integrated solutions to help clients manage their key business challenges. He will succeed Christos Adamantiadis, who has been appointed as Global Head of Placement and Market Solutions, Marsh Risk.

With more than 27 years of experience at Marsh and 33 years' experience in professional services, Mr. Geraghty brings extensive expertise in consulting, investments, and commercial growth to the role. Mr. Geraghty will continue to serve as President, Marsh's People and Investments business, Europe, a position he has held since 2019.
