WASHINGTON (December 18, 2025) - The American Chemistry Council (ACC) today announced a four-part, virtual pre-conference workshop series on the fundamentals and essentials of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) that will precede the 39th Annual Global Chemical Regulations Conference & Exhibition (GlobalChem 2026).
The first 90-minute virtual workshop will begin on Friday, January 9, 2026. The workshop series is designed to prepare conference attendees, newcomers and seasoned professionals for the in-person GlobalChem sessions beginning on February 23.
We are delighted that Wiley Rein LLP will sponsor GlobalChem's four-session virtual pre-conference workshops exploring core TSCA subjects. The program is intended for both GlobalChem conference attendees and industry professionals interested in a concise refresher on TSCA implementation and the fundamentals of TSCA Section 5 (New Chemicals) and Section 6 (Existing Chemicals).

The virtual sessions will provide practical orientation and foundational material on TSCA that will allow attendees to get more value from the conference panels and breakout sessions in February. A complete schedule and session descriptions are available on the GlobalChem registration page.
GlobalChem Conference & Exhibition will be held in Washington, D.C., at the Omni Shoreham Hotel, beginning with an opening reception on Sunday evening, February 22, and two full conference days on Monday, February 23 and Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
The GlobalChem conference agenda will focus on federal chemical management, including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) ongoing implementation of TSCA, FDA regulatory activity, the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI), trade and tariff activities, as well as broader state and international chemicals management policy. GlobalChem will feature speakers, panels, breakout sessions and networking opportunities with regulatory officials, industry experts and technical practitioners.
Registration is now open for GlobalChem's pre-conference workshops and the in-person conference. Early registration is strongly recommended.
Pre-conference workshop registration will close on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
