We invite you to take the annual survey that has been conducted since 1996 and is important both in raising awareness about GALILEO and helping us know your concerns and ideas for the future. It will run Nov. 1 - 17. In the past year, your feedback has been critical in deciding how GALILEO would be redesigned.
Completed entries have the chance to win an Amazon gift card. To qualify, an entry must be completely filled out.
Many entries have been eliminated in the past due to incomplete surveys, though respondents indicated they wanted to be in the drawing.
