Epson to Demonstrate Retail Solutions Tackling the Growing Complexity of Convenience Store Operations at NACS Show 2026

LOS ALAMITOS, Calif. - Sept. 24, 2026 - As order channels continue to expand within convenience and retail industries, businesses are turning to solutions that improve order accuracy and help manage the growing complexity of omnichannel ordering and delivery. Epson today announced plans to showcase its point of sale (POS), kitchen display system (KDS) software and labeling solutions at the NACS Show 2026, the convenience and fuel retailing's premier industry event hosted annually by the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS). Focused on customer retention and enabling high-quality service, Epson offers customized solutions designed to enhance efficiency, accuracy and minimize downtime. Epson's solutions will be on display from Oct. 7-9 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in booth #C6185.

"Convenience stores are expanding their offerings and embracing new ways for customers to shop and order, meaning they need technology infrastructure that will evolve with them," said Ian Livesay, product manager, System Devices, Epson America. "Operators require solutions that are flexible enough to support changing workflows while delivering the reliability required in high-volume environments. Epson is helping c-stores build more seamless operations with technologies designed to improve efficiency, accuracy and service."

Epson invites NACS attendees to experience the following innovative solutions at its booth:

  • Optimized Order fulfillment with Kitchen Display System (KDS) - With the TrueOrder™ KDS kitchen display system, c-stores can digitize orders and customize kitchen views to ensure order accuracy and enhance speed of service. Epson will demonstrate TrueOrder KDS on a Kitchen Armor and MicroTouch touchscreen display paired with an Epson printer, showing how orders move from the kitchen through to fulfillment.
  • Efficient Item Labeling - Engineered for efficiency, the OmniLink® TM-L100 liner-free thermal label printer keeps c-stores running smoothly with liner-free printing for fulfilling multiple online orders, in-store pickups or prepared foods.
  • Modern Counter Check-Out - Engineered for limited counter space, the OmniLink mSeries delivers versatile connectivity across POS, mPOS and cloud systems with support for online ordering. With Epson's Advanced Paper Savings feature, users can reduce receipt paper consumption without compromising quality.
  • Mobile Point of Sale - As customers increasingly favor fast, contactless transactions, the Mobilink portable compact receipt printers offer on-the-go flexibility for a multitude of check-out options.
  • On-Demand Color Labeling - The ColorWorks® CW-C4000 color label printer enables c-stores to produce on-demand, high-quality custom color labels in-house, to reinforce branding, organize orders with color-coded delivery tags, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • High-Volume Check-Out - Epson POS receipt printers, including the OmniLink TM-T88VII, combine fast print speeds with flexible connectivity across multiple devices to help retailers maintain service levels during peak periods.

The NACS Show 2026 exhibit hall will be open Wednesday and Thursday, Oct. 7-8 from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday, Oct. 9 from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Las Vegas Convention Center. For additional information about Epson's retail solutions, visit www.epson.com/retail.
