Georgia House Democrats to Hold Press Conference on One-Year Anniversary of Apalachee High School Shooting
ATLANTA - State Representative Michelle Au (D-Johns Creek), joined by members of the Georgia House Democratic Caucus, will hold a press conference on the one-year anniversary of the shooting at Apalachee High School, where parents and families from the school will also share remarks, on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 9 a.m. at the South Wing Steps of the Georgia State Capitol in Atlanta, Georgia.
At the event, speakers will remember Mason Schermerhorn, Christian Angulo, Cristina Irimie and Richard Aspinwall, who lost their lives in the shooting.
