Performance, Productivity, and Durability: Introducing FUJIFILM Dimatix STARFIRE® PhaseMaster Printhead

LEBANON, N.H., September 23, 2026 - FUJIFILM Dimatix, Inc. today announced the latest addition to its STARFIRE® printhead family: the STARFIRE® PhaseMaster hot-melt inkjet printhead (hereafter "PhaseMaster"). Engineered for demanding high-speed scanning and single-pass industrial systems, the PhaseMaster can operate with or without ink recirculation and can be integrated into high-performance printing platforms. Its combination of jetting performance, productivity, and durability makes it well suited for complex industrial and graphic arts applications.

This printhead is targeted at established industry segments, including marking and coding, packaging, and screen printing, as well as growing industrial segments, including additive manufacturing and printed electronics for etch-masking applications such as photovoltaic cells.

"We are excited to bring the PhaseMaster product to market at this important time," said Shane O'Neill, Director of Business Development at FUJIFILM Dimatix, Inc. "PhaseMaster reflects our commitment to delivering robust, cost-effective solutions that provide reliable performance in demanding industrial print environments. Building on more than 20 years of proven success with the Galaxy HotMelt printhead and leveraging the well-established reputation of the STARFIRE® platform for durability and serviceability, we have combined the strengths of both technologies to create a unique solution for jetting phase-change solid inks at high -resolution with outstanding reliability and consistency. As the newest addition to the STARFIRE® product family, PhaseMaster is engineered to deliver high performance, productivity, and long-term value across a wide range of current and emerging applications."
