Registration Now Open for Santa Rosa's 23rd Annual National Arts Program Exhibition

Get ready to celebrate creativity-registration is now open for Santa Rosa's 23rd Annual National Arts Program Exhibition, an inclusive event welcoming artists of all ages and experience levels!

The City of Santa Rosa is thrilled to announce the return of a cherished community tradition: the 23rd Annual National Arts Program (NAP) Exhibition. This inclusive event celebrates creativity by bringing together artists of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels to showcase the incredible talent that defines our city.

From February 9 through April 24, 2026, the Finley Community Center (2060 W. College Ave.) will transform into a vibrant gallery featuring works by Santa Rosa residents, City employees, and their family members.

Whether you're a first-time exhibitor or a seasoned artist, the National Arts Program offers a unique platform to shine.

Important Dates:

  • Registration Deadline: January 15, 2026
  • Exhibit Dates: February 9 - April 24, 2026
  • Reception: March 15, 2026, from 3:00-5:00 p.m.

Founded in 1985, the National Arts Program was created to inspire, acknowledge, and reward creative accomplishments across the U.S. What began as a pilot program in Philadelphia has grown to more than 80 venues in 37 states, offering free, inclusive exhibitions for artists at every skill level.

Each program, including Santa Rosa's, is made possible by the National Arts Program Foundation, which provides funding, awards, and materials-ensuring no cost to participating artists and free access for the public.
