Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Eurobank on Greek bond loan financings, for the acquisition by Brook Lane Capital, a preeminent real estate and hospitality investor in Greece, of Porto Bello Hotels in Kos.
Porto Bello Hotels is a leading hospitality complex featuring two beachfront 4- and 5-star hotels with 744 rooms, 18 food and beverage outlets and 47 pools.
The Norton Rose Fulbright team advising on the transaction was led by counsel Dimitris Rampos, with support from associates Asimina Papakosta, Konstandina Mantzari, Georgios Kourkoumelis and Ioulia Papadopoulou.
