Charlotte County Amends Curfew
CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Oct. 11, 2024) - Charlotte County and the City of Punta Gorda have amended the curfews that were enacted earlier this week. The curfew and sale ban of alcoholic beverages remains 9 p.m. - 6 a.m. on Manasota Key, Little Gasparilla Island, Don Pedro Island and Boca Grande.
For all other areas, the curfew and sale ban of alcoholic beverages changes to 12:01 a.m. - 6 a.m. until further notice. Violation of the curfew is a misdemeanor.
