Edwards releases statement on Senator Tillis's decision to not seek reelection
U.S. Congressman Chuck Edwards (NC-11) issued the following statement on U.S. Senator Thom Tillis's (R-NC) decision to not seek reelection:
"Senator Thom Tillis has shown strong conviction as an advocate for the people of North Carolina.

"His decision to not seek reelection marks the end of a significant chapter in North Carolina and our nation's history, and I thank him for his years of service and commitment to our state. His next chapter focusing on time with his family is well-deserved, and I wish him and his loved ones all the best in this next season."
